Vadim Klyushnichenko, Ph.D. is the VP Pharmaceutical Development and Quality at Calibr - a division of The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI). The California Institute for Biomedical Research (Calibr) is an independent, not-for-profit organization established to accelerate the translation of basic biomedical research to innovative new medicines.  Vadim leads pharmaceutical development and quality unit activities across the drug development programs in the Calibr-TSRI portfolio for IND-enabling and early clinical studies (small molecules, modified peptides, nucleosides, fusion monoclonal antibodies, Fabs and novel switchable CAR-T cell platform to treat cancer). Responsible for process development, scale up of API manufacturing (non-cGMP and cGMP), formulation, CMC, drug supply, CMO/CRO management, quality, regulatory preparation / review and Health Authority meetings.
